Clay Next T LLC is a travel concierge and lifestyle company working with private clients and small companies worldwide — wherever you are going, and whatever the time zone, there is someone awake on our side.
Our story
Built out of impatience.
The company started because arranging a good trip had quietly become a second job: comparison tabs, hold music, three confirmation emails that contradict each other, and a ticket that sold out while you were reading the terms.
We do that part. Travel arrangements, accommodation, transportation, event ticket sourcing and the personalised booking and coordination around them — one brief in, one confirmed plan out.
We are deliberately small. Clients speak to a person who already knows the file, and every request carries the same standard whether it is a transatlantic itinerary or a table for two on Thursday.

How we work
Four rules we don't bend.
They are unglamorous. They are also the entire reason clients stay.
Answer fast
A first reply within two hours in working time, and a real answer — including "this isn't possible" — rather than a holding message.
Quote honestly
Our fee is stated before anything is booked. Supplier prices are passed through as they are. No hidden margin inside the hotel rate.
Say no when it's right
If a ticket cannot be sourced safely or a property does not match what was promised, we say so and propose something that does.
Keep it private
Itineraries, addresses, names and preferences stay between us. Client details are never used as marketing material.
